Common Issues & Solutions

I can't log in to my account

If you're having trouble logging in:

  • Make sure you're using the correct email address
  • Check that your password is correct
  • Try resetting your password if needed
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

My product images aren't uploading

If images aren't uploading properly:

  • Check that the image file is less than 10MB
  • Ensure the file is in a supported format (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP)
  • Try using a different browser
  • Check your internet connection

I can't see my shop URL

Your shop URL is displayed in your dashboard. If you don't see it:

  • Make sure you've completed your profile setup
  • Check that your business slug was created successfully
  • Try refreshing the page

WhatsApp orders aren't working

If customers can't place orders via WhatsApp:

  • Make sure you've added your WhatsApp number in your profile
  • Check that the number is in the correct format (include country code)
  • Ensure WhatsApp is installed on your device
  • Test the link yourself to verify it works

Account Management

How do I update my business information?

Go to your dashboard and click the "Edit Profile" button. You can update your business name, logo, description, and WhatsApp number at any time.

Can I change my business slug?

Your business slug is set when you create your account and cannot be changed. This ensures your shop URL remains consistent for your customers.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact our support team at info@shoplist.ng. We'll process your request within 48 hours.

Product Management

How many products can I add?

There's no limit to the number of products you can add to your catalog. Add as many as you need to showcase your business.

Can I bulk upload products?

Currently, products need to be added one at a time. We're working on bulk upload features for the future.

What image formats are supported?

We support JPG, PNG, GIF, and WebP formats. Images should be less than 10MB in size for best performance.
